Bonding Through Fellowship

There is no better friend than a sister. And there is no better sister than you.” -Anonymous

We belive in being in the community. Whether gathering for some sisterhood time or getting to work to provide a need, REDE Women's Ministry events provide something for us all to participate!

Ladies Night

Ladies evening out was an event to formally introduce REDE Women's Ministry to the community.

Over conversation and friendly competition, we were able to bring women out to fellowship with us in a free game of bowling.

We partnered with Buffaloe Lanes North Family Center to make this experience and impactful for our community. Getting to meet the Founder and board members of REDE was exciting to the women who participated.

Their information was retrieved to be utilized for future events.

Back To School Drive

The Annual Family Back to School Drive was a huge success. As an organization, we were able to gather school supplies for families in need across Wake County. Our goal was to provide quality over quantity.

We allowed the community to nominate families which gave us an opportunity to really bless them with quality back to school items to last for the first half of the school year.

Warm Up Wake Coat Drive

Warm up the Wake was a coat drive to serve Wake County prior to the cold weather. We serviced several local families providing them with gently used coats and shoes. This initiative was partnered with Options 2, St. Matthews church, and East Wake High School (DECA)  to provide a safe place for community members to get what was needed for themselves and their family.
